Where the Action Is!

Now we reach Deck 11. This is where the action is, especially on Sea Day.

Towards the bow of the ship you will find the main level of the ShipShape Spa Fitness Center. This level of the center concentrates on wellness and beauty. If you would like to book a massage, have your hair done, or get a pedicure go here soon after you board because reservations fill up quickly. All treatments here are by fee and clearly posted in each area.

Slightly back from the ShipShape Spa is the Solarium. This is an indoor oasis for guests aged 16 and older. (Note: Exceptions are made during inclement weather allowing children to use the solarium during specified hours.) With an indoor pool, hot tubs, plenty of lounge chairs, a dining area, a bar, and a café, it’s a quiet place meant for relaxing and chilling out.

The Main Pool is mid-ship. All the pool games will be here – Hairy Legs (or chest) Contest, Horse Racing, Belly Flop Competition, etc. When there are no contests taking place, there is often a live band or other entertainment on the pool stage. There are 2 outdoor hot tubs, too. There are a number of poolside lounge chairs and many loungers under cover on this deck. If tanning is your objective, there are more loungers on Deck 12 overlooking the Main Pool. Oh, and here is where you will find the Pool Bar.


On Sea Day there is a barbeque cooked and served poolside, and sometimes they have a midnight buffet at the pool, too.

On the Aft of the ship is the Windjammer Café. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can find pretty much anything here on a serve-yourself basis. Seating is non-reserved, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating areas. No bare feet or bathing suits, allowed, so bring your flip flops and a cover-up to the pool if you think you might want to grab a bite to eat.
