Reading, Yachting, and Other Business

We will whiz through the next few decks as they are, how shall we say, yawn-invoking. Deck 7 holds the Business Center for those poor folks who will have to work while on their cruise. The remaining area of Deck 7 is filled with passenger cabins.

Deck 8 is entirely passenger cabins, so unless you make new friends who sleep here, you may not ever see Deck 8 except through the elevator door.

The Library is found on, oh you are smart, aren’t you, Deck 9. It is not the largest library at sea, but if you are looking for something to pretend you’re reading while you’re really people-watching, then this is a must stop for you. More staterooms are found on the deck, too.

The Yacht Club on Deck 10 is a small, richly appointed “den” for meeting, talking, chatting, telling “fish tales”, or whatever else one might do in a Yacht Club. We must use our imaginations here, as the only times I found myself in a Yacht Club I was too nervous about messing up my fancy yachting clothes that I paid no attention to what was going on around me. The Concierge Lounge is found mid-ship on Deck 10. This is a private room for Suite and Diamond Level guests only.

The above sofa is really a bed, but there are two singles in the bedroom part of the cabin.

And this is what we really paid for when we chose this room. Look at the size of that balcony! Nice place for a breakfast complete with Mimosas!
